Graphite Bushings
Graphite bushings are sliding bearings mainly made of graphite. Thanks to graphite’s natural traits, they have excellent wear and friction resistance, needing little external lubrication. They also resist corrosion and can handle a wide temperature range, from extremely cold to high – heat settings. There are standard types for general use, self – lubricating ones with extra lubricants for better performance, and high – load versions reinforced for heavy – duty tasks.
Widely used in automotive engines, chemical equipment, and machinery, graphite bushings reduce wear, boost efficiency, and handle mechanical stresses. They offer long service life, low maintenance, and high reliability, cutting operational costs. Many manufacturers provide custom – made graphite bushings to meet specific customer needs.
