Polymer Bushings

Polymer bushings are sliding bearings mainly made from polymer materials. Owing to the traits of polymer alloys, they have great wear and friction resistance, corrosion resistance, and can endure different temperatures. There are various types: self-lubricating ones work well with little external lubrication; chemically resistant types suit harsh chemical environments; and reinforced ones with fibers or fillers can bear heavy loads.

They’re widely used in automotive, consumer electronics, food processing, and other industries, installed in key parts to cut wear, boost efficiency, and handle pressure and impacts in diverse settings. Polymer bushings offer long service life, low maintenance costs, and high reliability. Many manufacturers also offer custom services to meet specific customer needs.
