Description
Center Flange Oilless Linear Bearings (LMFC, LMKC, LMHC Series)

The complete series of LMFC, LMKC, and LMHC center flange self-lubricating linear bearings.
Our LMFC, LMKC, and LMHC series of center flange bearings provide precise mid-point support for linear shafts. These high-performance components feature a unique design where the mounting flange is located in the middle of the housing, offering a robust and fixed anchor point. The combination of a strong steel housing and a self-lubricating oilless bronze liner ensures exceptional durability and maintenance-free linear motion.
Center Flange Mounting Options
LMFC (Round Center Flange)
The standard round flange offers balanced, four-bolt mounting, making it a versatile and popular choice for a wide range of central support and guiding applications.
LMKC (Square Center Flange)
With its square footprint, the LMKC series provides maximum stability and anti-rotation capabilities, ideal for applications with high torque loads or where precise orientation is critical.
LMHC (Cut-Side Center Flange)
The cut-side or oval flange design allows for a more compact installation, perfect for designs where space is limited or when mounting near other components.
Key Advantages
- Precise Central Location: The integral center flange provides a fixed, rigid mounting point in the middle of a plate or assembly.
- Robust Bimetal Construction: A hardened steel outer housing ensures maximum strength, while the inner oilless bronze liner provides smooth, self-lubricated performance.
- Standard & Extended Lengths: Choose from a standard single-bushing or an extended double-bushing (L) version for significantly higher load and moment capacity.
- Zero Maintenance: The self-lubricating liner is held securely by circlips and requires no oil or grease.
