Featuring a unique recessed or “pilot” flange, the main body of the bearing fits inside the housing bore, allowing for a completely flat mounting surface. This innovative design combines a robust steel housing with a maintenance-free oilless bronze liner, delivering the ultimate solution for high-performance linear motion.
Mounting Flange Options for Any Design
LMFP (Round Pilot Flange)
The standard round flange is a versatile choice for a wide range of applications, providing balanced four-bolt mounting for secure and stable installation.
LMKP (Square Pilot Flange)
The square flange provides a larger mounting footprint and inherent resistance to rotation, making it ideal for applications requiring maximum stability and torque resistance.
LMHP (Cut-Side Pilot Flange)
Also known as an oval or two-bolt flange, the cut-side design is engineered for space-constrained applications, allowing for a narrower mounting profile close to edges or other components.
