Sintered Bushings

Sintered bushings are sliding bearings primarily made from sintered metals, formed by pressing and heating metal powders into a porous yet strong structure. They offer excellent wear and friction resistance, good corrosion resistance, and can handle a range of temperatures. Their porous nature enables effective lubricant retention for self-lubrication. Types include standard ones for general use, self-lubricating types impregnated with oil or graphite for low maintenance, and high-load versions reinforced for heavy-duty applications.

Widely used in automotive engines, transmissions, and steering systems, as well as in consumer electronics and machinery, sintered bushings reduce friction, noise, and wear while improving durability. They provide long service life, low maintenance costs, and high reliability, cutting operational expenses and downtime. Many manufacturers offer customized sintered bushings to meet specific customer needs.
